The concept is to provide a process of healing and forgiveness for crimes committed by felons. It places a value on taking responsibility for their criminal actions that made them a victim as well as those who were victimized. The research helped develop The Four Steps to Victim Recovery: Self-inventory, Forgiveness, Self-esteem, and Spiritual Awareness.
With this process, Project Prosperity is now offering a scope of services to
violence prevention, workforce development, and trauma-centered organizations that offer programs to the formerly incarcerated, veterans, and youth at risk. The scope of services includes Project Prosperity panel discussions and workshops, victim impact life skills series, workforce development job placement and retention services, Project Prosperity legal evaluation, and court assistant services.
Project Prosperity is a viable and needed concept to reduce recidivism and provide a path of success for individuals who desire to be productive and contributing citizens to and for society.
