DRSI CORP is a Las Vegas Nevada based organization that is a developer of specific federal government starter homes.

We specialize in starter homes for nonprofits and government entities. We can also build for a single owner if requested. We only build single story individual homes, ranging in size from 600 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft in size. 1 bedroom,1 bathroom to 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

All our builds are framed masonry construction for durability, and safety to the maximum extent possible.

All our builds can be built on individual empty urban parcels in big cities or small towns. (Min. parcel size of 2000 sq ft or more required).

Drawings and Specs preapproved by I.B.C., Engineers, and Architects in all 50 States.

All tradespeople paid Davis Bacon Wages or Higher.
